Felt very down yesterday. Didn't play any hands. Very Mad about myself: First = pointless to go with promos (Did have + 0.50 cents couple times but lost much more. Very stupid and second

Make Rule Book

Cbet always when you are HU - but know when fold

Limpers Pot - handle like you are first bettor

Do not pick up fight with maniac - he/she will not fold anyway

Value Bet - does player know where is fold button?
                 - what kind of hand he/she will fold?
                 - who was first to enter in pot?

Slowplay - longer you wait more obvious somebody will hit

Did loose set for flush on the river - DO NOT LET ANYBODY SEE THE RIVER IF THIS IS NOT BEST OUTCOME FOR YOURSELF

Did play 7 Spin & GO games to take nerves down 3 before the session and 4 after - felt better.
